My friend Cat at Sunshine & Siestas has a weekly “Seville Snapshots” series of posts, to which I contributed a few months ago with a photo of Seville’s La Giralda. She asked for another one, this time of Seville’s Plaza de España. Tourists know this plaza well. Expats, auxiliares, and those wishing to stay in Spain (legally) for longer than a few months know it even better, as it houses the city’s office to get the NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjeros). Long lines of weary foreigners wrap around the plaza hours before the sun rises in hopes to get an appointment for the day. Click this link to check out her new entry.
